God is calling
You
To become his voice of hope to a hurting world
In her breakthrough release, DeAnn Carpenter challenges us to become a voice of possibility and hope, like Jesus was to the people He interacted with. He saw in people what they did not see in themselves, and we can become that voice.
There is too much at stake…
From Throwing Confetti...
Our world needs more cheering
and less condemning.
More rejoicing, less rejecting.
More delighting, less denouncing.
More confetti, less critique.
More applause,
More bravo,
More hooray.
DeAnn
We need people like DeAnn,
who are intentional with their words and make a point to delight in others. After all, this should be the heart of a true leader, mother, or father. We want to see those that we lead go beyond us.
The happiest leaders are the ones who know how to serve, cheer, and call out the best in those they are serving. These are the kind of leaders we trust and are drawn to follow and learn from.
Can you imagine a world where we celebrate each other and call out the good in each person? That is a world that I want to live in!
With love and confetti, I am happy to introduce you to a leader I trust, my good friend with a great message, DeAnn Carpenter.
How Can
You
Start to become his voice of hope today?
DeAnn teaches that we can start becoming God’s voice of hope to a hurting world today! Here is how Deann teaches us to start:
- Know the real enemy
- Start with humility
- Learn God’s formula
- Focus on true and honest words
- Practice pleasant and encouraging words
A Message from Deann
While any project like this one is a labor of love, this book, in particular, was a challenge.
Why?
Because my world is probably very much like your world. It is so easy to slip into critique and comparison of people - even people that we love deeply.
So I needed to practice while I wrote. I needed to look deep inside and do the work to make Throwing Confetti truer about me. And I am so glad I did.
I hope you find the transformation and inner joy that I have found by developing my voice of hooray to those around me.
